Activities from and with us for you

With us, there is much to experience in Summer and also in Winter! In the warm season, you can go on exciting hiking tours accompanied by Gitti or prove your skills in asphalt curling with Erich. In Winter the program includes tobogganing, après-ski, curling or snowshoeing.

Allergy sufferers

All our rooms and apartments are equipped with pillows and duvets suitable for allergy sufferers.

Arrival and departure

Your room and appartement will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to release your room by 11 am on the day of departure.

For adults and children, bicycles can also be rented from us

Bathrobes
Bathrobes for the sauna are available in sufficient quantity and various sizes in the sauna area. You are welcome to use one of these free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Bikes

We have both adult and children bikes for free rental. Helmets are also available. Two bicycles are equipped with a child seat.

Bus stop

The next bus stop for connections to the ski lift/city centre Kleinarl/Jägersee and in the opposite direction Wagrain/St. Johann is directly in front of the hotel or on the opposite side of the street.

Cancellation

We like to save you unnecessary costs and the associated trouble in case of a short-term cancellation. Therefore as a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance. Here you can insure yourself.

Childcare in the Abenteuerland

From Monday to Friday (from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm) children from 3 to 14 years are entertained with a varied program of trained and loving child-carers in the Abenteuerland Kleinarl. Program items include pony riding, fishing, baking bread, archery and children's make-up. Participation is free of charge for all our children and teenagers - including lunch.

Cross-country skiing

The entrance to the cross-country ski run is directly behind the house in the direction of Jägersee or on the opposite side behind the farm in the direction of Wagrain

E-bike-rental

Is possible via the "Bike-Welt" Wagrain. We have a brochure with prices and rental times for you at the reception.

E-car charging station

During your stay, you can charge your electric car for free at our electric filling station with self-produced electricity from our photovoltaic system.

Electrical connections

Our standard voltage is 230 Volt.

Guest Card
With the guest card (Salzburger Sportwelt Card), which you receive upon arrival, you receive discounted prices for activities in Kleinarl and the surrounding area and free entry to the Wasserwelt Wagrain (full day in Summer, 3 hours a day in Winter)!

Internet

Our WiFi is available free of charge in the entire house without a password. We also have a PC on the ground floor, which you can use for surfing.

Intolerances

We will be happy to adjust the menu to your diets or intolerances. Please let us know at the reception when you arrive. Alternatively, you can discuss the details directly with our senior boss and chef Erich.

Natural swimming pond
Please note that there is no supervision of the swimming pond and use is at your own risk. Of course, both children and adults should enjoy the natural swimming pond. Therefore we ask you to refrain from intense water battles or jumping competitions.

Parking

The parking lot in front of our house is at your disposal free of charge. Here you will also find our e-filling station, where you can load your car.

Pets

We understand that you do not want to be without your four-legged darling even on holiday. Therefore dogs are very welcome.
However, we ask for your understanding that they are not allowed in the restaurant or sauna area for hygienic reasons. For the additional cleaning of the rooms, we charge a small fee of € 15,00 per dog per day (without food).

SalzburgerLand Card

You can buy your admission ticket for over 190 attractions in the Salzburger Land at our reception.
And best of all: From 10 nights in our hotel you get the 6-days SalzburgerLand Card and from 14 nights on you get the 12-days SalzburgerLand Card for free!

Sauna

The saunas, the infrared cabin and the relaxation room with roof terrace are located on the 3rd floor of the house. The feel-good area is at your disposal until 9:00 pm every day.

Ski passes

We can issue you with multi-day ski passes at the reception desk. If these are not included in your booked package, the price will be credited to your room account.

Smoking

All our rooms, the apartments, the restaurant and the feel-good area, are non-smoking areas. You're welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace, during Winter also in front of the main entrance.

Tobogganing
You are welcome to borrow sledges from us. For more information on where the best descents are, please contact us on site.
