our kItchen phIlosophy
Regional, seasonal & sustainable
Our cuisine is at home in the region: Local meat from the surrounding organic farmers, venison and mushrooms from the Kleinarl forests and fresh, seasonal products are prepared with great love by our senior boss and chef Erich and the dedicated kitchen team.
And the most important thing? It is always very, very tasty!
Our all-inclusive culinary offer at a glance
- Start your holiday in Kleinarl with the sumptuous breakfast buffet. The well-balanced selection includes fresh hay milk from organic farmers, Erich's famous Bircher muesli and many other healthy delicacies.
- During summer, we offer an afternoon coffee with homemade pastries and ice cream for the children.
- During winter we treat you with a hearty skier's snack with goulash soup, vegetarian soup and "Wurstsalat" after skiing.
- In the evening you can expect varied menus, traditional theme buffets, vegetarian dishes with a generous salad buffet and delicious desserts.
- All drinks are included until 11:00 pm, except sparkling wine, champagne, spirits and exquisite bottled wines.
- We from the 3-star superior Familienhotel Botenwirt in Kleinarl rely on the refreshing and healthy effect of Grander water. Our spring water is treated according to the Grander principle, which increases the quality of the water and gives it a more delicate taste.
For our little gourmets
Children are never shy about telling the truth - We know this all too well and especially when it comes to food, the kids don't mince their words. That's why we at the Familienhotel Botenwirt have a small portion of the main course as well as our own children's meal to choose from for dinner. And when in summer the temperatures rise in the afternoon, we also have delicious ice cream to cool down. For our youngest guests, we love to warm up the baby glasses for you.
A special highlight awaits the children in summer when they can pick up their breakfast egg from our chicken coop in the garden.
